Whole House Dehumidifi cation
Application Considerations
The reheat coil adds a small amount of resistance to the air stream.
Consult the correction tables in this manual for details.
Unlike most hot gas reheat options, the Whole House
Dehumidifi cation option will operate over a wide range of EWTs.
Special fl ow regulation (water regulating valve) is not required for
low EWT conditions.
Water-Source Heat Pumps with Whole House Dehumidifi cation
should not be used as make-up air units. These applications require
equipment specifi cally designed for make-up air.

Modulating reheat valve

Standard DXM control takes input from either a humidistat or
dehumidistat and controls the reheat function by interfacing with the
modulating reheat valve
Reheat coil reheats the cool dehumidifi ed air to
“neutral” supply temperature
Separation between evaporator coil and reheat
coil to allow maximum moisture removal
