Step 4. Attach the Shaft onto the Base by rotating the Shaft clockwise onto the Base.
Step 5. Turn the Camera Angle Knob clockwise (as shown in the picture below) to
tighten the Camera Mount Screw to the Cap.
Step 6. Tighten the Camera Locking Collar (rotating it clockwise as shown in the
picture below).
