How to use under floor heating
In order to gain the maximum possible benefits from your Schneider
Electric Underfloor Heating System, we recommend the following:
» Make sure the installation is done by a qualied electrician or installation technician. Contact your nearest Schneider Electric branch for more
information.
» Switch on your system at the main switch approximately one week before the cold season starts. This allows the concrete base of the building to
warm up gradually, so that by the time the cold sets in, your building is evenly heated.
» Optimum comfort levels usually fall within the 18 - 22
o
C range, with 20
o
C considered ideal.
» Windows and doors should be kept closed as much as possible in the rst week of operation in order to allow all areas of the building to absorb
as much heat as possible.
