2. Mark “Use custom audio device” and you will see “CA FLINT Audio”. Please click
“ok” and you could hear the audio now.
Black Screen/No Video/No Audio
If you have tried all the steps above, OBS/HDML-Cloner Pro Helper still displays black
screen/no video/no audio. Please check if your computer’s USB 3.0 port is working well.
If USB 3.0 port’s performance is not well or it’s only a USB 2.0 port, such issues will
happen.
Please manually change the codec to “MJPG” in OBS/HDML-Cloner Pro Helper, it may be
helpful to fix the issue.
