For all CA Series models, the routing options may be
summarised as follows:
all amplier channels may be sourced by the same-
numbered input
Channel 2 may be sourced from either Input 1 or Input 2
odd-numbered channels from Channel 3 upwards may
alternatively be sourced from Input 1
even-numbered channels from Channel 4 upwards
may alternatively be sourced with whichever input is
selected for Channel 2
