TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
1. The first thing that happens is the tip of the pen gets dried out. This can happen by forgetting to put
the lid back on or not putting it on completely. If this is the case, a cotton swab with alcohol can be used
to clean the tip. That should get the pen flowing freely again.
2. The second thing that happens is the pen gets accidently dropped and the ball in the ball point gets
jammed. If this is the case, unfortunately the pen is a loss. It will not work correctly if the ball is not
moving freely. A new pen will need to be purchased in this case.
3. Third, this pen is made for dark, smooth material. If this material is light the marks will not show up. A
good way to see if the pen is marking, is to test it on a dark piece of paper.
