Warranty

Cloyes warrants its products (except Hi-Performance Products) to be free from defects in
material and workmanship under normal operating conditions for as long as the original
purchaser owns the vehicle in which the product is originally installed. This warranty does not
apply to products which have been altered, repaired or improperly installed. Cloyes will, at its
option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any warranted product which proves to be
defective in material or workmanship, provided the original purchaser returns the defective
product, transportation charges prepaid, to Cloyes Gear & Products, Inc. with proof of purchase
and Cloyes Gear & Products, Inc. determines that the product was defective.
Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the
product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please
review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
