CMA Hi-Temp Sanitizing Bottle Washer
Rack is great for washing and sanitizing
all shapes and sizes of bottles. This
concept is ideal for “Wine Bottles” and
“Growler Bottles” for Micro Breweries.
The racks are fitted with a spray manifold
system that places a strategically positioned
spray jet inside the neck of each bottle.
This bottle rack is designed for CMA’s
180UC and 181GW Hi-Temp Undercounter
Dishmachines.
The Model 180UC and 181GW dishmachines each
have a standard upper and lower spinning wash
and rinse arm, when operating as a dishwasher.
When converting these models to a Bottle Washer,
the lower wash and rinse arms are easily removed.
The standard Bottle Washer Rack has 9
compartments holding up to 6" dia. bottles,
and a non-standard 16-compartment rack,
accommodating up to 4.5" dia. bottles, both
available at an additional cost. Each rack has
a standard 20" X 20" footprint, and rack
height is determined by the size of the bottle
and how many rack extenders are required.
