assumption that the dishwasher has been installed, operated, and maintained
properly and in accordance with all applicable Codes, Ordinances, and Safety
requirements. Failure to install, operate, and maintain the machine in this manner
will void the ADS Warranty. ADS assumes no liability or control over the installation,
maintenance (service), or operation of the equipment. Product failure due to
improper installation, maintenance, and operation is not covered under the
ADS Warranty.
