! WARNING: Use caution when changing oil to avoid burns!
CAUTION:
• If the scooter is used in excessively wet areas, or used in severe conditions replace
the transmission oil more often than recommended.
• Make sure that the fill and drain plugs are tight and not leaking.
• Make sure that no foreign substances fall into the transmission box.
AIR FILTER MAINTENANCE
The air filter should be cleaned at every 1000km interval, and replaced at every 3000km
interval.
1. Remove the body cover.
2. Remove the screws that hold the cover of the air cleaner in place and lift off the air
cleaner cover.
3. Lift out the air filter screen and cartridge.
4. Clean the screen and cartridge with compressed air.
5. Replace the cartridge if at a 3000km interval.
6. Reassemble the air filter components and back end of the scooter.
