10. Troubleshooting
Contact the service hotline or use the contact form on the
homepage in case of problems with the system that are not dealt
with here.
Malfunction Solution
„NOd“
 Insert a CD.
 Insert a finalized CD-RW or CD-R.
 Insert the CD with the label up.
 Try another CD or clean the CD.
Bad reception
 Increase the distance to TV set or
DVD player.
 Point the antenna in a different
direction.
System does not
respond.
 Disconnect from mains power
supply and reconnect after a few
seconds.
Bad playback
quality.
 Ensure the speakers are properly
connected.
 Check the CD for damages.
No sound.
 Ensure the speakers are properly
connected.
