15-Year Limited Warranty for Consumer Use
Coach House Accents® (“CHA”), warrants to the original retail purchaser that all products
manufactured by CHA for consumer use will be free from defects in materials, nish and workmanship
for fteen years from the date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable from the original consumer
purchaser. No warranty coverage is available without proof of purchase (including the date of purchase).
This limited warranty applies only to warranted defects that rst arise and are reported to CHA within
the warranty period.
Certain items are excluded from this limited warranty (and any warranty coverage is disclaimed)
including: products used for commercial purposes; damage caused by improper installation or use,
accident, misuse or abuse; or damage resulting from improper maintenance.
CHA will replace any defective product covered by this warranty. This replacement remedy is the
exclusive remedy under this warranty. For warranty service, please contact Coach House Accents,
c/o Lacks Home Products, 3505 Kraft Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512, Attention: Customer Service.
Except as specically set forth in this limited warranty, no warranty coverage is provided by CHA.
NEITHER CHA NOR YOUR RETAIL DEALER SHALL HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE such as labor costs, inconvenience, loss of time, or
any other economic loss, incidental or consequential damages. Some States do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply
to you.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE EXCLUDED AND
DISCLAIMED FROM THIS WARRANTY UNLESS REQUIRED UNDER APPLICABLE STATE
LAW. IN THE EVENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLY, SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE
LIMITED TO THE DURATION AND SUBJECT TO THE OTHER LIMITATIONS of this limited
warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitation may not apply to you.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
