APPENDIX B TROUBLESHOOTING
If you find a problem with the STB, please check the table below for an immediate solution.
PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE RESOLUTION
Power on STB, but no
display on TVscreen
Please check the connection to
your TV. A HDMI connection is
used for this HD STB.
Make sure the TV is set to the proper
Input. It will be HDMI, not a channel.
Is GREEN lock light on front? There is no signal to STB
Is the CABLE outlet active? Connect to another CABLE outlet
The single channel has problems
Try another channel
