BlueLinQ
The BlueLinQ™ Application Delivery Service is a Cobalt innovation that gives
you instant access to product updates and new services as they become available.
Using Cobalt’s BlueLinQ technology, the RaQ XTR informs you when new
software is available.
When you log into the RaQ XTR as admin or alteradmin, the BlueLinQ tab
appears in the top menu bar of the Server Desktop. When you select BlueLinQ,
the left menu bar displays commands that allow you to add new software, update
the current RaQ XTR software, view the installed software and change the
settings for the BlueLinQ feature.
The following functions are available under the BlueLinQ tab on the Server
Desktop.
1. New Software
2. Updates
3. Installed Software
4. Settings
Software Notification icon
The Software Notification icon in the top right corner of the Server
Desktop allows you to check for new or updated software packages and
to install them if any are found. The icon changes color when new or
updated software packages are available.
If you click this icon, the “Available New Software List” table under the
BlueLinQ tab appears.
