A DSC All Ships call is used for the same urgency and safety purposes as the Pan and Securite voice calls as well as to send routine messages to all stations at once. It will reach all stations within range of your radio.

The DSC Individual call feature allows you to notify one (1), and only one (1), station that you want to communicate with that station.
