Getting Started Charge the Watch completely before initial use. It may take as long as 3 hours for the initial charge. To select an exercise, tap the exercise icon and choose the type vou want. To set a target for mileage, time, or calories, tap the type and set a goal. The exercise will start recording in 3 seconds. To exercise with no targets, tap no targets. The exercise will start recording in 3 seconds.
To stop recording an exercise, tap the pause icon in upper right corer. To continue, tap the continue icon in upper right corner.To stop the recording, tap the stop icon in the upper left corner. Medical Reminder Coco BT1 supports medication reminders which are synchronized with the settings in Coco mobile app. When the time comes, the watch screen will show the medication details. Tapping next will display the remaining reminders. Press the watch stem once to return to watch screen. All the messages and reminders vou receive will be tracked in the messages Box.
Emergency Help Pressing the watch stem for more than § seconds will start an emergency help call. Or click the Call ECT icon from watch screen of Coco BT.
