SAR certification information
The device is designed to meet the requirements for exposure to radio waves
established by the FederalCommu
nications Commission (USA). These requirements
set a SAR limit of 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue.
The highest SAR value reported under this standard during the
product certification for use when properly worn on the body.
The highest SAR value reported to the FCC for this type of devices is 1.480W/kg when
used at 0 mm away from the body.
For body worn operation, this device has been tested and meets the FCC RF exposure
guidelines for use with an accessory that contains no metal and the positions the
handset a minimum of 0 cm from the body. Use of other enhancements may not
ensure compliance with FCC RF exposure guidelines. If you do not use a body worn
accessory and are not holding the device at the ear, position the handset a minimum
of 1cm from your body when the device is switched on.
