Repair Notes
Removal and replacement of surface mount
components should be performed only in
specifi cally designed surface mount rework
and repair stations complete with electrostatic
discharge (ESD) protection.
To help prevent damage to the circuit board
pads when removing Surface Mount Solder
Jumpers, it is recommended that solder braid be
used in place of manual vacuum de-soldering
tools.
