MENU COMMANDS

MENU CONTROL 
Function Specifies the characters used to exit, "scroll," or 
select an item from a menu. In most applications, 
these characters are chosen by pressing the four 
keys on the external keyboard that correspond to 
keyboard functions "cancel," next," "previous," and 
"select."

Parameters 
cn 
The decimal ASCII value of the character 
used to cancel the current action. The 
default value for cn is 27 (the ESC key). 
nx 
The decimal ASCII value of the character 
used to scroll to the next menu item. The 
default value for nx is 78 (the N key). 
pr 
The decimal ASCII value of the character 
used to scroll to the previous menu item. 
The default value for pr is 80 (the P key). 
se 
The decimal ASCII value of the character 
used to select the current menu item. The 
default value for se is 13 (the ENTER 
key). 
Comments  Menu items will only appear on the display if you 
specify a prompt string in the MENU ITEM 
command. 
The printer stores the control characters specified 
by the MENU CONTROL command in a menu called 
_MENUC_.
