■ Screw propane
bottle into
regulator hand
tight. (Fig. 8)
■ Remove
protective cap
from top of
propane cylinder.
Save cap for use
in storing.

■ Check and clean the burner/fuel
tubes for insects and insect nests.

Leak Check
• Perform leak test outdoors.
• Extinguish all open flames.
• NEVER leak test when smoking.
• Do not use the outdoor grill until
connection has been leak tested and
does not leak.
WARNING
■ Never operate
grill with propane
cylinder in an
inverted position.

■ Proper location of the burner with
respect to the orice is important.
To verify the proper installation of
the burner tube, remove the cooking
surface and the cooktop. The burner
tube, fuel tube, and orice (on the
regulator) should be positioned as
shown in Fig. 10.
■ Turn off regulator
valve. (Fig. 5)
■ Install grease pan into position below
the grill from the rear side. (Fig. 4)
■ Install the cooking surface. (Fig. 3)
■ Screw regulator into grill hand tight.
