Spa not heating!
Check for an error condition
on keypad display. If there
is one, refer to specifi c sec-
tion indicated by the error
condition.
If there is no error message,
try to raise water temperature
by increasing the Set Point
F higher than actual water
temperature. Press Up key to
increase Set Point.
If heater indicator lights up
on the display, take voltage
reading on the heater
terminals.
Your reading shoud be:
240 VAC: Line 1 & Line 2
120 VAC: Line 1 & Neutral
"Heater" indicator
"Set Point" indicator
L1 GroundN L2
240 VAC Heater (4KW or 2 KW)
N L2
120 VAC Heater (1 KW)

Verify if “Heater” indicator
appears on keypad display.
The heater indicator will be
on when heater is on. It'll
ash if more heat has been
requested, but heater has not
started yet.
If voltage reading is not as
it should be, verify if heater
terminals are properly
connected .
If it is, replace Spa Pack.
In the case of the European
model in.xe.ce only, replace
accessory fuse.
If problem persist, replace
Spa Pack.
