theprobearoundtospeeduptheresponse.(Stillairisavery
goodthermalinsulatorsoinaclosedrefrigeratoryoumayneed
towaitminutesforthereadingstonallystabilise).Order:

damagingthepack,thisexibleprobeshouldbeplaced
betweentwosimilarpacks.Itcanbeshapedtoexactlytthe
requiredsurfaces.
