CMVSS 213. Consumers who have completed and returned their registration

card will receive by mail the replacement SafeStop kit. Those who have not

sent in the registration card should register online at www.skjp.com or by

contacting PJM Distributions at 1-888-597-0992. Consumers may continue

using the original SafeStop load-limiting device until the replacement kit is

received.

These models of Volvo’s with integrated or built-in booster cushions are

incorrectly labelled for use by children weighing between 15 & 36kg (33 and 80

pounds). Transport Canada is advising that these integrated booster cushions

should only be used by children weighing at least 18 kg (40 pounds). TC has

recommended that Volvo Canada forward letters to owners of affected Volvo

vehicles advising that these boosters not be used by children under 18kg (40

pounds). Label changes will be made for the 2007 model year.
