TROUBLESHOOTING

-If your generating set still fails to start or generate electricity, contact your nearest GENMAC dealer for further information or corrective procedures.

- Check fuel level.
- Check fuel filter.
- Check for engine protections on (ex. oil alarm).
-Solenoid valve on the carburator, does not close the
throttle lever
- Check spark plug cap.
- Check spark plug electrodes.
- Check battery is chaged.
- Check fuel pump operation.
- Engine Protection Board presence: it is necessary to
remain to ON position for some seconds before turn to
START position
- Check fuel level.
- Check for engine protections on (ex. Oil alarm).
- Check circuit breaker is in ON position.
- Check electric connections.
- Alternator failure.
- Engine does not start
- Engine stops while in operation or
runs irregularly
- Voltage lack
- Refill if necessary.
- Clean or replace.
- Remove causes and try to start engine again.
- Check electric connections to the solenoid val-
ve and to the temperature switch are well con
-
nected or that the mechanism has not jammed
up.
- If loose, push spark plug cap back to place.
- Remove spark plug and clean electrodes if dir-
ty.
- Load battery if necessary.
- Remove causes or replace.
- Wait for LED TEST time before turning to
START position
- Refill if necessary.
- Remove causes and try to start engine again.
- After checking voltage is within admitted limits
and that the appliances and instrument in use
are not faulty, place the circuit bracket swich in
ON position.
- Restore if necessary.
- Check and restore.

- Tarkista polttoainepumpun toiminta
– Moottorin suojakortilla varustettu generaattori: on tarpeen
odottaa muutama sekunti ON-asennossa ennen siirtymistä
START-asentoon.
– Tarkista polttoaineen taso.
– Tarkista moottorin suojakytkimet (esim. öljyhälytys).
– Tarkista, että lämpömagneettinen kytkin on asennossa
ON.
– Tarkista sähkökytkennät.
– Vaihtovirtageneraattorissa toimintahäiriö.
– Täytä tarvittaessa.
– Puhdista tai vaihda.
– Poista syy ja yritä käynnistää moottori uudel
-
leen.
– Tarkista, että sähkömagneetin ja lämmön ilmai
-
sulevyn sähkökytkennät ovat kunnolla kytketyt tai
ettei mekanismi ole juuttunut.
– Jos kytkennät irti laita paikoilleen.
– Irrota sytytystulppa ja jos likainen puhdista elek-
trodi.
– Lataa tarvittaessa akku.
– Irrota toimintahäiriön syy tai jos jokin osa on rikki
vaihda se.
– Ennen käynnistystä (START) odota LED TE-
STIIN tarvittava aika.
– Täytä
– Poista syy ja käynnistä uudelleen.
– Tarkistettuasi, että jännite on annetuissa rajois
-
sa ja ettei käytössä olevissa sovelluksissa tai väli
-
neissä ole vikaa, aseta lämpömagneettinen kytkin
asentoon ON.
– Palauta jos tarpeen.
– Tarkista ja palauta.
