Calling a user
INITIAL CONDITION
On power up in standby.
SELECT NAME

SEARCH THE
NAME BY

Select the user by scrolling through the list of users
Scroll through the list using keys
or
JOHN DOE
PRESS
TO CALL
To scroll faster, press and hold one of the
keys.
OR: select the user by searching the directory
Press
to access the directory.

Select the initial of the user name you want
to search for using or

to confirm.

Scroll through the list using keys or

TO CALL
The display shows the first user in the list
starting with the selected letter (or with the
following letter).
Or:
NO USER
FOUND
No user starting with the selected letter or
the following letter has been found.
Make the call
Press the
key to call.
PLEASE WAIT
If the call is successful you
will see:
CALL
EFFECTED
If the call was not successful
you will see:
CALL
FAILED
Or if the riser is busy you will
see:
USER
BUSY
If the call is successful and
the user answers you will see:
COMMUNICATING
