Selecta BT Z combines Bluetooth technology with FM technology for hearing impaired people. Selecta BT Z works as a link
between two telephones and the hearing aid at the same time. It can also be used as a wireless microphone.
Wireless communication with two telephones
Selecta BT Z is connected with your mobile and your wireless telephone via BluetoothTM and the sound from the telephone is
transmitted further on up to the receiver at the hearing aid via FM technology. The microphone in Selecta BT Z picks up your
voice and that sound is transmitted via BluetoothTM to the telephone. The directional microphone setting effectively reduces
disturbing background sounds in noisy environments.
Comfortable telephone communication
Just by pressing one button on Selecta BT Z you activate the voice controlled ringing of the telephone, answering incoming
calls or disconnecting a call. Selecta BT Z change automatically between working as a wireless microphone and transferring
telephone sound. It is also possible to adjust the sound level by pressing buttons on Selecta BT Z. BluetoothTM technology
implies that you do not even have to wear the telephone as the range is up to 10 metres.
A unique FM transmitter for many applications
The FM transmitter covers the total band 169,4 - 218 MHz and it may be programmed to any normally used frequencies in that
band. Selecta BT Z may be attached directly to the clothes via a clip or it can be used with a clip on microphone. Other sound
sources can be connected as well, e.g. TV/Video.
Small and light
Only 85 x 25 x 35 mm and weighing just 50 grams, including battery! Selecta BT Z is flexible both as a wireless microphone at
a seminar and when making a phone call. An elegant design gives Selecta T10 BT Z a sophisticated look.
Low power
Selecta BT Z is operated by one ordinary AAA battery or one rechargeable NiMH battery. Selecta BT Z has an integrated
charge control circuit.
