his heater is equipped with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI), a safety feature that renders it inoperable under

some abnormal conditions, such as immersion in water.

o make sure the GFCI is functioning properly, perform the following test at 120VAC 60Hz frequency.

1. Plug in heater and turn on. Press test button on plug.

There will be an audible click. Heater should stop working. Unplug the heater and push the reset button in. Reinsert

plug into outlet.

f GFCI is NOT operating properly, immediately unplug heater. DO NOT USE HEATER WITH FAULTY OUTLET OR PLUG.
