! Position this humidifier out of the reach of children and pets.
! This humidifier requires periodic maintenance. Refer to those instructions
in this manual.
! DO NOT use anything other than water in this appliance. Do not use
additives.
! Turn off the humidifier if relative humidity exceeds 60%.
! Never block the mist outlet.
! Do not cover any part of this humidifier. Do not insert any object into any area
of this humidifier.
SET UP
Remove the tank, turn the tank upside-down and remove the fill cap by turning
counter-clockwise as shown on the tank. Fill the tank with cool water, for best
results use distilled or filtered water. Do not use hot water or additives. Replace
the water tank spring float cap by turning it clockwise; be sure not to over tighten.
Turn the tank upright and position the tank back on the housing. Be sure the tank
is seated properly in the housing. Water will begin to flow from the tank into the
water basin on the unit body.
OPERATION
The best working environment for humidifier is between the temperatures of 41°F
(5°C) and 104°F (40°C) and relative humidity is lower than 60%RH. Turn the Mist
Control Dial on the front of the unit to adjust the mist output. The top of the tank
has a directional output orifice; simply turn the opening to the desired direction.
AROMA FUNCTION
1. Place the sponge that is included inside the box onto the center of the tray.
2. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil onto the sponge.
3. Place the humidifier onto the tray.
4. Follow the instructions in the OPERATION section and turn on the
humidifier. The essential oil will incorporate into the cool mist and produce
fragrant mist.
5. To change the fragrance, simply wash the sponge with clean water and a
few drops of fragrant free dish washing soap. Apply a different fragrant oil
once the sponge is dried.
6. Remove the aroma tray to stop the fragrant mist operation.
CAUTION: If you start feeling light headed, nauseous, or any kind of discomfort,
stop operating the humidifier immediately and consult with a health care
professional.
