Pre-Installation PLANNING INSTALLATION Read all instructions before installing. To avoid damaging this product, place it on a soft, non-abrasive surface, such as carpet or cardboard. NOTE: Personal injury and damage to the LED strip and/or mounting surface may result if the LED strip is pulled from the surface. To reduce the likelihood of injury or damage, mount only on a surface that is structurally sound.

Installation 1 Peaparing the assembly location □ Remove any surface dust that is present on the area you will be applying the LED strip light to. 2 Peaparing the LED light strip □ Measure the desired space for the LED strip (B) installation to determine if you need to use one or two strips (only one strip is included in this set, a second LED strip must be purchased separately). NOTE LED and adapter by aligning at the arrows on the connector leading strip.
Installation (continued) 3 Installing the LED strip There are two installation options to choose from: □ 3A Tape method: Remove the protective tape from the adhesive back of strip. On a clean and dry surface, place the LED strip (B) into the desired position and press to ensure proper adhesion to the surface. This method is suitable for indoor applications and can be used for temporary positioning outdoors in conjunction with method 3B.
Installation (continued) 4 Installing the infrared receiver There are two installation options to choose from: □ 4A: Remove the protective tape from the adhesive back of the infrared receiver (A), then place the infrared receiver (A) into position and press to ensure a proper adhesion to the surface. □ 4B: Use the two screws (AA) to install the infrared receiver into desired position.
Installation (continued) 5 Connecting to a power supply □ Connect the adapter to a power outlet. NOTE : 5a: A 5a GFCI receptacle with enclosure Warning : If using the adapter outdoors where it could be exposed to rain, snow, or solid objects less than 1mm, to protect against electric shock, install the adapter only to a Class A GFCI receptacle that has a weatherproof enclosure with the attachment plug cap inserted or removed.

C 2 Functions of the remote NOTE: First understand the functions of the remote control keys before operating. ON/OFF Increases brightness of the strip in stationary mode. Increases the speed of the light in the motion mode. (NOTE: there are 5 light intensity options and 5 speed setting options) Decreases brightness of the strip in stationary mode. Operation (continued) 3 Suggested operating method NOTE: Please ensure the connectors and endcap are all securely fastened well. □ Turn the remote (C) on. □ The simplest operation in RGB color mode is to make selections in this order: Choose the number of lit strips, choose the color, choose the brightness, choose a motion, and then choose a speed. □ To control how many strips are lit: Press x1 for one strip and x2 for two strips. x1 works only in RGB color mode, not WW mode.
Maintenance Safety instructions for the remote □ Direct the remote (C) towards the infrared receiver (A) to manipulate the colors of the strip.
