Pre-Installation PLANNING INSTALLATION Before beginning assembly, installation or operation of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with the package contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble, install or operate the product. Contact customer service for replacement parts. Note: Keep your receipt and these instructions for proof of purchase.
Installation Select a suitable location that can support the weight of the fixture. Determine the method of mounting before drilling. WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. Ensure the electricity to the wires you are working on is shut off. Either remove the fuse or turn off the circuit breaker before removing the existing light fixture or installing the new one. With power disconnected to your electrical box, remove the existing fixture.
Installation (continued) 3 Feeding the wires NOTE: Put the gasket (AA) on any knock out hole on the fixture to better protect the wires. □□ Feed the electrical connection wires through any knock out hole, and then through the gasket (AA). The connection wires can be held in place by the metal tabs on the wrap light housing (A), if needed.
Installation (continued) 5 Attaching the housing to the ceiling □□ Drill a 1/8-in. pilot hole into each of the screw locations marked on the ceiling. You can also use an awl or nail to dimple the screw holes. □□ Install a drywall anchor (BB) and a mounting screw (CC) in each drilled mounting hole, but do not tighten fully. □□ Align the 4 mounting keyholes on the fixture housing (A) with the 4 mounting screws (CC) in the ceiling.
Adjusting the Hold Time of Motion Sensor □□ This wrap allows you to customize the hold time of the motion sensor using 3 settings: 2min, 10min, Disable. □□ Move the toggle switch on one end cap of the fixture to make your selection before activating the fixture. NOTE: The maximum detection range is 10 feet. The maximum sensing angle is 110°. And the motion sensor should be mounted in the down position. The detection distance is measured based on human beings’ movement towards circular tangent direction.
