Blinking red
Service error.
Check if your broadband modem or broadband router
has a problem. Reset your broadband connection
device. If the problem with the broadband device
persists, contact your Internet service provider (ISP).
Ensure that the AIRAVE’s router is correctly
configured to access the Internet service. See
“Configuring AIRAVE™ Router” (page 9).
Restart the device by turning the power off and on.
If this problem persists, call Customer Support as
described in Getting Help.
Off
The LED is not working or the unit has no power. If
this problem persists, call Customer Support as
described in
Getting Help.
All Solid red
The AIRAVE cannot pass a hardware self-test. Call
Customer Support as described in Getting Help.
