The Vector G2 Power wires can be connected to two (2) different sets of terminals,

depending on your vessel, and what other NMEA devices are receiving data from the Vector,

as shown in figure 9.

• Always On – Connecting the Vector G2 power to the Ships power will mean the

Vector will receive power as long as the Ship Power in to the Distribution Unit is On.

• Switched Power – Switched Power is turned On and Off by the Control Head Power

button. If the Display Head is On, the Vector G2 will be powered as well. If the

Display Head is Off, the Vector G2 will not be powered or transmitting data.
