Special Instructions for #941 Valve Springs
The #941 valve spring is a race only spring. It is recommended when a dual valve spring is prohibited,
due to rule constraints. This spring does require machine work on most heads; the spring pocket must
be deepened and/or valve stem length increased in order to achieve a 1.800" installed height. Warning:
An installed height more than 1.800" can result in cam failure.
It is not recommended that the #941 spring be use during break-in process. Because of its higher
pressure, the spring can interfere with proper lifter rotation which would result in camshaft failure.
This is a race part, and as with any race part, there is absolutely no warranty.
