Problem:AdeviceconnectedtotheUSBconnectordoesnotwork.
Solution:EnsurethattheUSBdevicesetupiscorrect,andthattheassignmentofcomputerresourceand
theinstallationofthedevicedriverarecorrect.Dothefollowing:
1.Movethecursortothetop-rightorbottom-rightcornerofthescreentodisplaythecharms.Click
Settings➙ControlPanel.
2.ClickHardwareandSound➙DeviceManager➙UniversalSerialBuscontrollers.Ifyouare
promptedforanadministratorpasswordorconrmation,typethepasswordorprovideconrmation.
