Procedure
To make a Voice Services recording, follow these steps.
Starting Point:
The Main Menu
Step Action
1 Select Voice Administration.
2 Select Voice Services Administration.
3 Select the type of voice service.
4 Use the following table to determine the next step.
5 Use the following table to determine the next step.
6 Select the [Voice] softkey.
7 Type the extension of the phone you will use to make the
recording, and press <Return>.
Result:
The phone rings.
8 Pick up the receiver.
Result:
The recording softkeys are displayed.
