In this example, the following takes place:
• User goes off-hook to obtain a dial tone.
• User presses Charge Account key.
• User dials six-digit account code.
• Account code record is generated in CDR.
• User receives a dial tone and dials a number in the normal
manner.
• Set becomes UNR (unrestricted) for this one call.
