Deleting directory entry users

4 Enter the extension number.
5 Choose a user by placing the cursor on the user you want to
delete. Press the <spacebar> to select the user and press
[Delete].
6 Do you want to delete the user?
• If yes, press [OK to Delete].
• If no, press [Cancel].
