11 Do you want to capture External CLIDs that are of an unknown
type?
• If yes, set the “Capture External CLID with Unknown
Format” field to Yes.
• If no, set the “Capture External CLID with Unknown Format”
field to No. Go to step 13.
12 Set the “Default Translation for CLID with Unknown Format”
field so that all numbers with an unknown call type will be
translated as though they were all of one format.
