Bottom Components

Component Function



Modem compartment Provides access to the internal

modem. The modem is available on

selected models and as an option for

other models.



Hard drive compartment Provides access to the internal hard

drive. A security screw prevents

unauthorized access to the hard

drive. Use a standard screwdriver to

remove the screw.



Tilt feet Retractable feet on the bottom of the

computer that open and lock into

place in order to angle the keyboard

to a more comfortable position.
