iLO Switch (SW2)
The iLO switch is a four-position switch that grants you access to perform a boot block flash
of system ROM and iLO ROM. For the proper system configuration switch settings, refer to
the following table or the labels attached to the inside of the server access panel.

2 iLO security override Off = iLO security is enabled; iLO
access requires a valid user ID and
password. Also, the iLO boot block
access is disabled and the iLO boot
block cannot be flashed.
On = iLO security is disabled; iLO
access is possible without a valid
user ID or password. Also, the iLO
boot block access is enabled and
the iLO boot block can be flashed.
3 Reserved
4 Reserved
System Switch (SW3)
The function for this switch is reserved.
CAUTION: Do not change any SW3 settings or the system may not function properly.
However, if settings have been changed inadvertently, reset the positions to the default
settings.
