The 12Gb/s MegaRAID SAS 9341 RAID controllers are based on the LSISAS3008 PCIe RAID On-a-Chip (ROC) device. The 12Gb/s MegaRAID SAS 9361 RAID controllers are based on the LSISAS3108 PCIe RoC device.
