EN55022 –1998 Compliance
This equipment meets the radio disturbance characteristic specifications for information
technology equipment as defined per EN55022 1998.
EN55082-1 – 1997 Compliance
This equipment meets the EMC/generic immunity standard as defined per EN55082-1 1997.
Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device,
pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection
against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment.
This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used
in accordance with the instruction manual, it may cause harmful interference to radio
communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful
interference; in which case, users are required to correct the interference at their own expense.
Safety Compliance
EN 60950
The UT-4500-A Series Upconverters have been shown to comply with safety standard EN 60950
Safety of Information Technology Equipment including Electrical Business Machines.
Applicable testing is routinely performed as a condition of manufacturing on all units to ensure
compliance with safety requirements of EN 60950.
