1. Plug the USB cable into the USB port of an adapter. 2. Charge the unit continuously for 3 hours before your first use. After initial charge and full discharge, it should take another 3 hours to fully recharge your curling iron. 3. The unit may become a little warm when charging or during use. This is normal. 4. Preserving the batteries: In order to maintain the optimum capacity of the rechargeable batteries, the batteries should be recharged for 3 hours approximately every 3 months.
