Installation of the software
1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the Conceptronic Multimedia Remote
Control and insert the CR2016 Coin type battery.
2. Insert the CD-ROM in your CD-Rom drive, and run “
D:\Setup.exe
” (
where D:\ is your
CD-ROM drive
) to install the software.
3. After the software installation, insert the USB Infrared receiver in a free USB port. If the
USB port is not in line of sight of the Remote Control, use the USB extender cable to
connect the USB Infrared Receiver.
4. Start the program “Remote Master
” after the installation through the “
Start Menu
”.
Operation of the software and Remote
If the program “Remote Master
” is executed, an application icon will appear in the task tray, to
show that the program is active.
You can open the configuration of the “Remote Master
” software by right clicking the “Remote
Master” icon in the task tray and select “
Open Editor
”

NOTE: When you connect the device within Windows98SE, you will get a
new hardware wizard. This hardware wizard will install a driver which is
enclosed in Windows98SE. Follow the steps onscreen to install the driver
for the USB Infrared Receiver.
After the driver is installed, you can continue the following steps.

Receiver to the computer!
