Warranty

Welcome to the Concord Family of Gold Key product owners. This product has been
designed and manufactured to deliver years of trouble free service.
The Motor in this product is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for
as long as the original purchaser owns the product. All other parts (including but not lim-
ited to) blades, switches, wiring and finish are warranted for a period of one year from the
date of purchase.
Should any part become defective, we agree to correct such defects as outlined above
without charge, or at our option, replace the product with a comparable or superior model
if the original model is no longer in production.
To obtain warranty service, you must supply a copy of the sales receipt as proof of pur-
chase and have returned your warranty registration card. All cost of removing, re-
installing and shipping the product for repairs is the owners responsibility.
This warranty does not apply to damage from accident, misuse, alteration or improper
installation. This product was designed and manufactured for indoor residential use
ONLY. Exposure to high temperature or humidity will void this warranty and place all
burden of repair on the owner of the product.
Product returned to the factory for warranty repair must be accompanied by a return
authorization number and shipped freight prepaid. You can obtain authorization by con-
tacting the service center listed below. Concord will return all repaired products freight
prepaid to the owner.

It is agreed that repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy available from Concord and
that Concord is not responsible for damage of any kind, including incidental and conse-
quential damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or con-
sequential damages so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This war-
ranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.
