TIMELESS RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY
The Timeless Limited Residential Warranty covers material for the
period of the warranty and reasonable labor costs for ve years if
professional installation was paid for when the original oor was
installed.
GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION
n Covers only rst quality materials purchased after
September 1, 2014.
n Is not transferable.
n Applies to normal residential applications only.
n For a oor to “wear out” is dened as the absence of the
wear layer and printed design due to normal household use.
Scratching is not “wear out”.
n Only one replacement oor will be provided for staining, wear
out, fading, scufng, rips, tears or gouges. The replacement
oor will not be warranted against future staining, wear out,
fading, scufng, rips, tears or gouges.
n The indent warranty will only be covered if adequate furniture
oor protectors are used. The size of the protector should be in
proportion to the weight of the furniture; the heavier the item,
the wider the oor protector should be.
