15. Squelch On/Off
This is an alternative action switch that when enabled will disable the squelch and allow
the user to hear a very weak signal. When this switch is disabled, the squelch is enabled
and will prevent the user from hearing noisy signals.
This feature should only be used if the user is working on the fringe of available signal
strength and is necessary to hear everything even if the channel is very noisy.
