GALVANIZED RIDGE CAP #RC-2GM
Ridge Cap Ridge flashing for metal roofing and shingle roofs hips & ridges
Material: Ridge Caps are made from galvanized coated steel for added corrosion protection.
Manufactured to last the life of the structure.
Installation: The Gibraltar ridge cap is placed on top of pre-glued closure strips (outside). A
strip of butyl tape is applied to the closure strip to improve weather tightness. The ridge cap is
fastened by # 9 x 1 ½" metal roofing screws, in an opposing manor, directly across from each
other into the high rib of the panel approx. 6" O.C.
10' lengths. 10 per bundle.
The ridge cap provides a crisp, classic look and a reliable reputation for shedding rain water.

Working above grade is inherently dangerous, be sure that proper fall protection measures are in place.
When working with power tools and sheet metal, gloves and eye protection are absolutely required.
