CESL warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship, for a period of twelve (12)
months from the date of shipment. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser provided that
the product has not been altered or neglected and is installed and used in a normal and appropriate
manner as per CESL written instructions. The Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy for any defect of failure
of performance of the product shall be the return of the product with proof of purchase and shipping
charges prepaid to CESL. CESL, at its option, will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any
product found upon inspection by CESL to be defective. CESL MAKES NO WARRANTY OTHER THAN THAT
STATED ABOVE AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY
LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPRESSED ABOVE. LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE
LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to
state.
