Mugs, Bottles, Replacement Lids
We are proud of the design, quality, materials and reliable workmanship that goes into each
Contigo product. We go to great lengths to create a truly superior product. As such, we back our
products with the Contigo Limited Lifetime Guarantee against any manufacturing defects in
materials or workmanship.
The Contigo Limited Lifetime Guarantee applies to mugs, bottles and replacement lids
purchased and used in the United States and Canada only. Normal wear and tear, such as dents,
scratches, fading, paint chips, accidental damage including dropped product, product misuse and
improper care are not covered under the Contigo Limited Lifetime Guarantee. Cleaning related
issues, accessories, including straws and brushes, are also excluded. Product must be purchased
from an authorized Contigo retailer for the Limited Lifetime Guarantee to apply.
We are happy to assist you should you experience a material or workmanship issue with your
Contigo product. Simply fill out the form and we will promptly respond to your inquiry within 7
-10 business days if not sooner. Please note that it may be faster and more convenient to return
your Contigo product to the retailer to minimize the time without your product and avoid
shipping charges. We do not offer monetary reimbursement nor is the Guarantee transferable.
Contigo will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defect in materials or workmanship for the
lifetime of the product. We strive to quickly replace defective products with current inventory
and sometimes that means a comparable product. Return shipping charges are not covered by
Contigo.
The total liability of Contigo for any loss or damage, whether based on contract, warranty,
negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the Contigo product. In no event
shall Contigo be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.
